COMPARISON WITH COMPETITORS
The engine installed on TINGER all-terrain vehicles is almost 2 times more powerful than its classmates. For example, the maximum power of the engines of TINGER snow and swamp vehicles is 26 hp. from. more than the world famous Argo all-terrain vehicles. This allows TINGER to overcome difficult road conditions without loss of speed and traction. For example, in swampy areas Argo moves at a maximum speed of 9 mph, while TINGER is capable of speeds up to 20 mph.
RELIABILITY
The engines that powers TINGER all-terrain vehicles are widely used in the production of vehicles designed specifically for work in difficult conditions. For example, one of the main customers of these engines is the American corporation John Deere, which is the world leader in the production of agricultural, construction and other special equipment. The well-known John Deere Gator ATVs, by the way, the most popular ATVs of all time, are equipped with the same engine and cope with the toughest working conditions without any problems. This engine is produced by the Chery automotive company according to the advanced canons of engine building. The production volume of this generation of engines is more than a million units per year.
The body of the Track 2 is made of low-pressure polyethylene (HDPE) up to 3/8 inches thick by vacuum forming. The plastic for the case is made on a special extrusion line. Polyethylene 3/8 inches thick has the same mass as metal 1/16 inch thick, while maintaining significantly higher breaking loads. Not afraid of scratches, chips and does not deform. A collision with stumps, stones, or even a targeted blow with a sledgehammer will not lead to serious consequences.
Unlike metal, the plastic case does not rust, require additional processing and is easy to clean. Chemically neutral and unaffected by animal and bird waste products. As a result, we get a sealed one-piece construction without connecting seams. The body of the all-terrain vehicle can withstand sudden temperature changes in the range from -20°F to +90°F degrees, this allows the all-terrain vehicle to be operated in any climatic conditions

All of our frame parts are manufactured on CNC machines.
Our steel is sourced from the largest steel enterprises in the world.
Half shafts and drive shafts are manufactured on CNC lathes from 30KhGSA steel with subsequent heat treatment on induction equipment, which allows achieving the highest strength parameters (3 times increased in strength) with minimal weight. The manufacturing process is constantly monitored by our Quality Control Department.
A gearbox with a planetary differential is installed on the all-terrain vehicle, which has high / low gears and reverse.
The transmission of torque from the engine to the gearbox is carried out by means of a variator, which acts as an automatic clutch, and also additionally changes the gear ratio. The variator is fitted with an ULTIMAX belt.
Reinforced double-row RENOLD chains (Germany) are installed on the all-terrain vehicle, as well as an automatic tensioner system.
Caterpillars due to the large area of support (contact patch) reduce the pressure on the ground to 0.1 pounds and increases the cross-country ability of the all-terrain vehicle. The caterpillar 20 inch wide allows the snow and swamp vehicle to be stable in deep snow conditions (more than 3 feet). Reinforced tracks made of durable rubber with hard lugs 1 in. high have a reinforced double cord, which minimizes track stretching and eliminates its breakage during operation. The side canine made of polyamide (plastic filled with fiberglass) 6 in. high practically eliminates the possibility of breakage, destruction and “puffing”.
Caterpillars for TINGER all-terrain vehicles were developed on the basis of the Composite company. The Kursk plant is one of the recognized leaders in terms of quality and reliability of its products among manufacturers of world brands - BRP, Polaris, Yamaha and Lynx.
COMFORT
Energy-intensive long-travel suspension with reinforced front arms provides comfort, safety and stability even when driving on rough terrain at speeds up to 35 km/h. The 180mm lever travel makes it easy to get over rocks, fallen trees and deep ruts. The large roller footprint on the track reduces rolling resistance and reduces noise and vibration.
ROLLERS
Rollers with a diameter of 260 mm have a rubber layer of 40 mm, while they have a low specific weight. The rollers securely hold the caterpillar due to the large area of support and contact with the lantern fangs. The high wear resistance of the roller is provided by a “rubber band”, similar to that, including the chemical composition, which is used in the production of the undercarriage of tanks.
DRIVE STAR A self
-cleaning lightweight snow, mud and ice drive sprocket is designed as a squirrel wheel without external support. Provides a secure grip on the track.
